Withdrawal Policy

Written withdrawal requests (email, fax, mail) must be received before 5 p.m., five business days prior to the program start date, in order to receive a refund  No refunds are given after this date. Failure to attend class or a stop payment does not constitute withdrawal. You may transfer a program registration once, within the guidelines of the withdrawal policy. If you fail to attend the program you registered for or transferred into, you forfeit the full tuition. For more information on our withdrawal policy, call 309-762-1588.
