Spring Career and Internship Fair Employer Registration

You are invited to join us for the WIU-QC Spring Career and Internship Fair, on Thursday, February 27th, 2020 from 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM at Western Illinois University- Quad Cities in Moline, IL. 

Get to know WIU-QC students and alumni and share information about your organization and opportunities available.  Please indicate the positions and internships you are recruiting for so that we can make this information available to our students prior to the fair.

The registration fee for the fair is $75 (no charge for non-profits and government agencies) and can be paid online or via check. This fee includes booth space, up to three recruiters, refreshments that will be available during the day and supports WIU-QC student success events. Once your registration form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.

Who do I make my payment to?

You can pay via credit card online or you can mail a check made out to WIU-QC Career Development to : Audrey Adamson, WIU-QC, 3300 River Drive, Moline, IL 61265. If you require an invoice or additional payment verification, please contact Audrey Adamson at anw-adamson@wiu.edu

What is provided in the display space?

Each space will be set up with one 5ft x 2ft table and a chair for each registered recruiter.  If you feel your organization needs an additional table, electrical access or other resources, please contact Audrey Adamson at anw-adamson@wiu.edu after you have registered.

Where can I ship display materials to?

Materials can be shipped to WIU-QC Career Development, 3300 River Drive, Moline, IL 61265 the week of the event.  Please make sure they are clearly labeled.  Display items can be left at WIU-QC after the fair for return shipment the next day.

What types of students will I find at WIU-QC?

WIU-QC offers over 40 academic programs for undergraduate and graduate students.  You can find our majors here : Academic Programs.  Our students represent a wide range of ages and backgrounds and are committed to their education and the Quad Cities community.

How can I promote my organization and positions?

All positions listed on your registration form will be promoted to students prior to the fair.  You can also create a profile and post your positions on Leatherneck Link, our online student and employer database powered by Handshake. 

When does check in start?

Check in and display set up will begin at 12:30 PM, we ask that all employers be set up and ready to go by 1:15 PM.

How do I get to your campus, where can I park?

Our Riverfront building is located at 3300 River Drive, Moline, IL (map), easily accessible off of 34th St.  Materials can be dropped off a the main door and parking will be available at the west end of our University Drive lot, with shuttle service back to the the Riverfront building. Maps and parking passes will be emailed out prior to the fair.
