 Loan Policy

STARNET Regions I & III, a grant funded through the Illinois State Board of Education, has available an extensive resource library.

A Variety of resources are available under our free loan policy to residents in STARNET Regions I & III (See Map). Our standard loan period is 3 weeks, but you may request additional time if needed. STARNET will send the materials free of charge. It is the borrowers responsibility to return the materials to the STARNET office by the due date.
