Incorporating technology into classroom activities and events enhances and supports learning. Participants in this hands-on workshop will gain experience using various technology tools such as digital microscopes, digital cameras, and “book-making” software. During a step-by-step process, participants will have the opportunity to use these technology tools to complete a project. Workshop participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to use the hardware and software tools, as well as tips and techniques for blending the process into real classroom events and activities. Handouts specific to the technology tools used during the workshop will be provided.
