Priority is also given to persons in Regions I & III (unless the workshop is a collaboration with other partners). Otherwise, participants are registered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The final list will be determined and confirmation letters with maps to the location (and waiting list notices if applicable) will be sent three weeks prior to the workshop. If you do not receive either a confirmation letter or a waiting list notice, please call (800) 227-7537 ext. 247.

Workshop Starting Times & Lunch
Registered participants should allow time to check in during the registration period. Workshops begin promptly at the stated time. Lunch will be on your own, unless noted in your workshop confirmation letter. Participants must be present for the start of the session and remain for the entire workshop to receive a cerificate of attendance. There will generally be a one hour break for lunch.

Call STARNET at (800) 227-7537 ext. 247 to cancel if you cannot attend. You may cancel your participation at any time, but try to provide at least 24 hours notice so that we may notify those on the waiting list of the opportunity to attend. Registrants who neglect to cancel will be given a lower priority for registration at future workshops.
