Include additional experience you acquired during your university years. These jobs are important because they show transferable skills and build credible work history.


There are two types of affiliations, professional and civic. Depending on what and how much you do, you may put the two types in separate places (See community service below). Professional affiliations include groups in an a profession, industry or specialty . Civic affiliations are community oriented and include nonprofit and for fun groups.

Include Fraternities, Sororities, Student, Civic, and Professional Organizations Show any leadership roles (President, Committee Chair).


Training and Development:
Designed an HRD intervention to improve employee performance at a local grocery store. Conducted an in-depth analysis of the problem by performing a Needs Assessment using Organizational/Task/Person Analysis.  Conducted a PowerPoint presentation to faculty and students.

Include in detail what type of project it was, what class it was for, and what the outcomes were. Did you write a paper, do a class presentation, a PowerPoint?
