The Career Services Office serves the primary function of preparing individuals to market themselves to prospective employers. Western Illinois University and the WIU Career Services Office cannot guarantee, be responsible, or be liable for securing employment (full-time, part-time, intern, co-op, and contract) for any student or alumni. Services include:
- Resume, Cover Letter, and Reference Page Assistance
- Job and Internship Listings and Searching Techniques
- On-Campus Career Fairs and On-Campus Employer Recruiting
- Mock Interviewing (In-Person, Telephone, and Skype)
- University 390 Pre-Employment Preparation Class
- Group Presentations and Workshops
