Bay/Henn Dining Center offers a great selection of fresh foods being served at different platforms. The following is a brief description of some of the dining options you will see. Options vary every day, so please check out the dining menus.

Hours of Operation:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am Monday - Friday
  • Lunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Brunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Saturday - Sunday
  • Dinner: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday - Friday
    5:15 pm - 6:30 pm Saturday

Ultimate Deli

Combining old-fashioned deli style with contemporary sandwich innovations features thinly sliced deli meats and cheeses served on your choice of breads with a variety of toppings.

Classics Cuisine

Cooking with a creative flair; wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At Classics you can find a well-rounded meal including meats carved to order.

Finishing Touches

Offering a tempting selection of sweets including homemade cakes, cookies, pies and other treats. It’s the perfect ending to your satisfying meal.

The Grill

Your favorite burgers and fries cooked right in front of your eyes! We use 6 ounces Angus burgers for our regular hamburgers and cheeseburgers. In addition, The Grill features a variety of specialty sandwiches and appetizers.




Sensational Salads

Featuring soups, chowders, chili and a salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, vegetables, fruits and compound salads.

LaVincita

Regular or thin crust pizza, hot and fresh with your favorite toppings. You can also find stuffed breadsticks and French bread pizzas.

The Better Bite

Highlighted options feature a "balanced" plate. This means eating from more than one food group. It's about making 50% of your plate plant-based with fruits and vegetables, 25% with lean protein and another 25% with healthy grains. The plate entrees will have less than 600 calories with fewer than 30% from fat, less than 3 grams of fat, 1000 grams of sodium and have at least 3 grams of fiber. Tanner Convenience Store

  • Monday – Thursday 1:30 pm - 11:30 pm
  • Friday 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
  • Sunday 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm

The Tanner C-Store is home to Bamboodles, the only dedicated Asian Stir Fry station on campus. Make your selections from a wide variety of fresh ingredients, select your sauce and we will stir fry it to order, hot and delicious. There is also a wide variety of snacks and beverages available including Simply To Go premade sandwiches, salads and parfaits. If its Ben & Jerry’s ice cream pints, frozen entrees, or grocery staples, you can find it here. Laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and batteries are just a few of the items you will find in our Sundry department.
