Corbin/Olson Dining Center offers a great selection of fresh foods being served at different platforms. A favorite is the Mongolian Grill offering a huge selection of fresh vegetables, meats, noodles, rice and sauces. Make your selections and give them to the Dining Staff who will grill your dish to perfection while you wait. The following is a brief description of some of the dining options you will see. Options vary every day, so please check out the dining menus.

Hours of Operation:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am Monday - Friday
  • Lunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Brunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Saturday - Sunday
  • Dinner: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday - Friday
    5:15 pm - 6:30 pm Saturday

Mongolian Grill

Your build your dish, we grill it to perfection! Make your selections from our wide variety of noodles, rice, fresh vegetables, meats and savory sauces, watch while it is grilled to perfection on our huge round grill.

Classics Cuisine

Cooking with a creative flair; wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At Classics you can find a well-rounded meal including meats carved to order.

Finishing Touches

Offering a tempting selection of sweets including homemade cakes, cookies, pies and other treats. It’s the perfect ending to your satisfying meal.

The Grill

Your favorite burgers and fries cooked right in front of your eyes! In addition, The Grill features a variety of specialty sandwiches and appetizers.




Simply to Go

In a hurry or looking for a lighter meal. Our selection of sandwiches, subs and wraps are sure to hit the spot! Sensational fresh salads from Chicken Caesar, Chef Salads, Chicken Taco Salads or Deluxe Garden Salads are available daily. You’ll also find parfaits, apples with caramel dip, veggie cups and a daily featured Specialty Sandwich.

Featuring soups, chowders, chili and a salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, vegetables, fruits and compound salads.

Fresh Baked or thin crust pizza hot and fresh with your favorite toppings. You can also find stuffed breadsticks and French bread pizzas.

The Corbin/Olson C-Store offers a wide variety of snacks and beverages including Simply To Go premade sandwiches, salads and parfaits. If its Ben & Jerry’s ice cream pints, frozen entrees, or grocery staples, you can find it here. Laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and batteries are just a few of the items you will find in our Sundry department.

  • Sunday – Thursday 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm, accepting orders until 11:15 pm
