Thompson Dining Center offers a great selection of fresh foods being served at different platforms. The following is a brief description of some of the dining options you will see. Options vary every day, so please check out the dining menus.

Hours of Operation:

  • Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am Monday - Friday
  • Lunch: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday
  • Dinner: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday - Friday

Ultimate Deli

Combining old-fashioned deli style with contemporary sandwich innovations features thinly sliced deli meats and cheeses served on your choice of breads with a variety of toppings.

Classics Cuisine

Cooking with a creative flair; wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At Classics you can find a well-rounded meal including meats carved to order.

Finishing Touches

Offering a tempting selection of sweets including homemade cakes, cookies, pies and other treats. It’s the perfect ending to your satisfying meal.

The Grill

Your favorite burgers and fries cooked right in front of your eyes! In addition, The Grill features a variety of specialty sandwiches and appetizers.

Suncreek

Focuses on selections for the health conscious featuring vegan and vegetarian offerings and a fresh and dried fruits and nuts bar for a mix your own sensation!

Soup and Salads

Featuring soups, chowders, chili and a salad bar with endless varieties of fresh mixed greens, vegetables, fruits and compound salads.

LaVincita

Regular or thin crust pizza, hot and fresh with your favorite toppings. You can also find stuffed breadsticks and French bread pizzas.

Noodles

Whether you want oodles of noodles or not so much, this newest platform at West is all about noodles. From stuffed tortellini and raviolis, the standard fettuccini and spaghetti pastas, to soba and undon noodles! You can create your own pasta with an asian flair to more traditional italian dishes. You pick the ingredients, the noodle and the sauce, we make it hot and fast just for you!

  • Sunday – Thursday 11:00 pm - 11:30 pm
  • Friday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday 11:00 am - 6:30 pm

The Thompson C-Store offers a wide variety of snacks and beverages including Simply To Go premade sandwiches, salads and parfaits. During the evening hours a selection of pizza by the slice is available. If its Ben & Jerry’s ice cream pints, frozen entrees, or grocery staples, you can find it here. Laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and batteries are just a few of the items you will find in our Sundry department.

  • Sunday – Thursday 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm, accepting orders until 11:15 pm
