Federal Direct PLUS loan program for Graduate Students

The Federal Direct PLUS loan program is now available to graduate students. To qualify, a graduate student must have:

  • A Good Credit Rating
  • Completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • Applied for the maximum under the Federal Direct Subsidized and the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan Programs
  • Registered for at least six semester hours of credit
