Individual Consultations

  • Eating/Exercise
    • Brochures and educational materials for students to develop a personal healthy eating/exercise plan, goal setting, identifying helping and hindering forces as well as other resources for support. Referrals to the Dietetics Department for an individualized nutrition plan are available.
  • Sleep Wellness
    • Interactive education offered during individual session will provide opportunity to identify sleep barriers and to develop healthy sleep habits and strategies with use of sleep action plan.
  • Tobacco Cessation
    • Education offered during individual sessions will assist the student in looking at reasons for use, barriers to quitting, and a plan for cessation and maintenance.
  • Stress Management
    • Learn the "FREEZE-FRAME" technique to help you not only manage stress but prevent much of it before it happens. This is accomplished through computerized, interactive learning software.

Consultations on other health topics are welcome and encouraged. Our staff is available to assist you.
