Residence Hall Lobby Renovations 

Scope

UHDS is looking to update the residence hall main lobbies and front desk areas in each of their residence halls over a phased timeline of 3-4 years. A majority of this work includes cosmetic finishes such as ceilings, flooring, lighting and wall finishes. At each location the information desk will be completely renovated to reflect a more modern feel as well as creating a consistent "look" throughout all of the residence halls on campus. Rough-in for digital signage and other technologies will also occur.

Timeline

The lobby renovation project will be completed over a 3-4 year timeline. The goal is to renovate 1-2 lobbies per summer, however, due to funding, each lobby will be looked at individually before proceeding with construction. Tanner Hall renovations will begin Summer 2013.
