Following the guidelines and recommendations set forth in the UHDS Master Plan, Lamoine Village Apartments is scheduled to close May 31, 2012. Availability for apartments in Graduate & Family Housing will be affected by this closure. Contact UHDS at 309-298-3331 for more information.

East Village Lamoine Village

Built in 1965 and remodeled in 2003, East Village, located south of University Village, is a three story building containing 34 two-bedroom apartments and 2 handicap-accessible apartments.

Furnished Apartments

(there are no unfurnished apartments available in East Village)

Furnished two-bedroom apartments have a loveseat, lounge chair, end table, dinette set with table and four chairs, bedroom set with double bed and chest of drawers or dresser and a night stand. The second bedroom includes (an) additional twin bed(s) and chest of drawers.
