University Housing & Dining

Following the guidelines and recommendations set forth in the UHDS Master Plan, Lamoine Village Apartments is scheduled to close May 31, 2012. Availability for apartments in Graduate & Family Housing will be affected by this closure. Contact UHDS at 309-298-3331 for more information.

Lamoine Village

Built in 1957, University Village has 30 one-bedroom apartments and one handicap-accessible apartment. The village is made up of three single-story, low-rise buildings located on the southeast corner of campus on Pierce Street

Unfurnished Apartments

Unfurnished apartments are available for rent in University Village.

Furnished Apartments

Furnished one-bedroom apartments have a loveseat, lounge chair, end table, dinette set with table and four chairs, bedroom set with two twin beds and chest of drawers or dresser and a night stand.
