Counseling Resources

    Counseling Clinic provides individual psychotherapy for children and adults and family or couples therapy
  2. University Counseling Center (UCC) (309) 298-2453
    Provides free and confidential on-going individual or group counseling

 Reporting and Procedural Resources

  1. Macomb Police Department (MPD) 911, (309) 833-4505
    Located on 120 S McArthur St, MPD provides crisis intervention and filing of police report
  2. Title IX Coordinator (309) 298-1977
    Report incidents of sexual harassment, including sexual assault, stalking, domestic/dating violence
  3. Office of Public Safety (OPS/Campus Police) (309) 298-1949
    Provides escort service and coordinates blue light system on campus. OPS offers victim services as crisis intervention and reporting.

    Provides victims with information and guidance regarding the criminal justice system and legal procedures
  5. Student Judicial Programs (309) 298-2436
    Provides assistance through University Judicial system if both parties are WIU students

Medical Resources

    Offers follow-up medical attention and confidential sexually transmitted infection and pregnancy testing

    IVPI provides a safe environment for survivors of interpersonal violence
  2. Student Development & Orientation (SDO) (309) 298-1884
    SDO serves as an emergency contact for students experiencing emergencies that may affect their academic performance and corresponds with students, family, faculty, and community agencies.
  3. WIRC-CAA Victim Services (309) 837-5555
    Offers free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Provides a 24-hour crisis line, information and referral, counseling, and temporary shelter.

    Provides immediate assistant through the telephone including information, referrals, and counseling
  5. Women's Center (309) 298-2242
    Provides a safe environment for victims of domestic and dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
