More and more research confirms the value of practicing relaxation: decrease in general anxiety and anxiety related to phobias, decrease in frequency and duration of panic attacks, improved concentration, increased sense of control over moods, increased self-esteem, increased spontaneity and creativity, as well as increased physical well-being—lowered blood pressure, improved ability to sleep. Come join us for 5 sessions to learn multiple techniques of relaxation—something for everyone! We provide the mats and soothing exercises.
What to Do with Family Chaos

Various topics will be explored including healthy boundaries, conflict issues, communication styles, power struggles, dependency, trust issues, self worth, and family roles.
