Relaxation

Come take time out of your busy day, and relax with us. Learn how to be calm and centered whenever you want! More and more research confirms the value of practicing relaxation: decrease in general anxiety and anxiety related to phobias, decrease in frequency and duration of panic attacks, improved concentration, increased sense of control over moods, increased self-esteem, increased spontaneity and creativity, as well as increased physical well-being—lowered blood pressure, improved ability to sleep. Come join us for 5 sessions to learn multiple techniques of relaxation—something for everyone! We provide the mats and soothing exercises.

What to Do with Family Chaos

This group will provide a place to explore and to improve the common and not so common interpersonal difficulties and chaos that relate to family life. The group members will look at these challenges and their effects on the student in present life. Various topics will be explored including healthy boundaries, conflict issues, communication styles, power struggles, dependency, trust issues, self worth, and family roles.

Do you want to increase your self-confidence? Do you want to be emotionally stronger? Do you want to be more positive and assertive? Then this group is for you. This weekly group will help you develop and enhance your personal power in all aspects of your life. You will be given tools to make positive changes, increase self-confidence, communicate assertively, and use stress constructively.
