Home for the summer? Take a hot class at Western Illinois University and receive cool savings on tuition rates. Students from Iowa, Indiana, Missouri and Wisconsin who wish to take summer classes at Western can get a jump start on classes and receive in-state tuition rates.
Visiting students who wish to take summer classes must submit an undergraduate application and application fee.
Although transcripts are not required for admission as a visiting student, enrollment in specific courses may require the submission of official transcripts to the college advising office to determine if prerequisite requirements for the course have been met. Visiting students are not eligible for federal or state financial aid.

If you are currently enrolled and in good standing at Western, you are eligible to attend our summer sessions. Registration begins April 1 for courses offered during the May pre-session; four-, six-, and eight-week sessions; weekend academies; and on-line options. See your academic adviser before your advanced registration date for best course selection.
