  • Continental Breakfast available

8:00 - 9:30 a.m. University Fair

  • Meet with Representatives from Academic Departments
  • Meet with Student Services Representatives
  • Student Recreation Staff will be on hand to give tours of the facility

9:30 - 10:20 a.m. Discover Western Program

  • Welcome to Western Illinois University
  • Housing Presentation
  • Student Panel

10:20 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Visit the Academic Departments

Groups leave from the Student Recreation Center with an Admissions Counselor:

  • Meet with advisors and/or professors
  • Discuss your academic plans
  • Tour academic facilities
  • If you are undecided about a major, staff from the University Advising Program for undeclared students will discuss how you will work with an advisor to explore all your major options

11:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m. Lunch in the University Union Grand Ballroom and Campus Tours

  • Have lunch at the University Union-Grand ballroom
  • Walking Tour of Campus

**A modified tour is available for persons needing accommodations. Please alert us at registration should you want this option.**

1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Wrap-up Session in the Student Recreation Center

After your tour of campus:

  • Meet with an Admissions Counselor
  • Ask last minute questions
  • Review materials about Western Illinois University
