Western Illinois University and the University Union Board would like to announce that Family Weekend is now Family Day at Western! This year's festival of activities will include a packed day of fun for families so don't miss out. On Saturday, participate in the annual golf outing or Rocky's 5K fun run along with the annual UUB carnival with caricature artists and new live outdoor music on a festival stage at Leatherneck tailgating. To round out the activities, there is the annual family picnic with free food for the first 400 people registered and Leatherneck football at 3PM. Check back in July when the final 2013 line-up is available and registration for this year begins. Exciting things are happening at Family Day 2013 and we welcome you to join us for a fantastic time!

Registration

Registration for Family Day 2013 will begin in mid-July and end on September 24th at 11:59pm. Please call 298-3232 to inquire about tickets or for more information.

Those who register online and choose to pay by check must have their checks received three days before the first day of the event, otherwise reservations must be canceled.

Cancellation Policy:

Under certain circumstances, registrants may be allowed to cancel registrations and receive a refund of registration fees. In order to be considered for a refund, you must submit a cancellation request which includes a reason for the cancellation in writing or by email no later than the Tuesday before the event. Cancellations will not be accepted after the deadline. Cancellation requests can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to:

Approved refunds will be processed and distributed after Family Day. Those receiving refunds will be sent a refund check within two months of the event. There will be no refunds given for T-shirt orders or football tickets. If you cancel your registration and have ordered T-shirts, you will be notified to have your student pick them up at the Office of Student Activities within two days of the event.
