Visual Identity & Licensing Standards in Print Applications

Positioning

To reduce visual clutter on the front of a publication, the University signature may be positioned on the back and aligned to the left or right, not center. On posters, position the logo in the lower left or right corner, and size it no larger than one-tenth (1/10) the width of the poster.

Typography

The primary font for headlines and address blocks is Adobe Perpetua, the typeface on which the University signature mark is based. Use Garamond as the primary body text in stationery and publications. Adobe Trade Gothic is the secondary complementary font for headlines and body text, allowing for creative flexibility and enhanced readibility.
