Membership in WIU-SUAA is open to all of the following:
- Annuitants (faculty and staff) of Western Illinois University and
past employees who are vested for SURS benefits.
- Spouses or surviving spouses of annuitants.
- Current faculty and staff and their spouses.
Membership in WIU-SUAA
includes membership in the State Universities Annuitants Association.
Membership dues are $27.00 per year. Retirees may
elect to have dues deducted from their monthly pension check ($2.25 will
be deducted each month; $4.50 if Annuitant and Spouse both join.)
To join, print out the appropriate forms below. Send
the Membership Form and either a check for $27.00 or the
Dues Deduction Authorization Form to
