Problems Logging In? - Here's Help

Are you having problems logging in to Zimbra? to WesternOnline? to a WIU computer?

What to do FIRST.

Ensure your password is updated by using GUAVA, our graphical assistance interface.

  1. Visit GUAVA at www.wiu.edu/guava
  2. Login using your ECom username & password, even if your password has expired
  3. If your password has expired or your account is locked you will be prompted to completed additional steps
  4. If you get the following error, either the username or password you entered is incorrect.
  • Authentication failed: Please check your username and password.
    If this is a new or reset account, please use the account activation link below.
    If you can't remember your username and are a student, you can find it in STARS.
