Problems Logging In? - Here's Help
Are you having problems logging in to Zimbra? to WesternOnline? to a WIU computer?
What to do FIRST.
Ensure your password is updated by using GUAVA, our graphical assistance interface.
- Visit GUAVA at www.wiu.edu/guava
- Login using your ECom username & password, even if your password has expired
- If your password has expired or your account is locked you will be prompted to completed additional steps
- If you get the following error, either the username or password you entered is incorrect.

If this is a new or reset account, please use the account activation link below.
If you can't remember your username and are a student, you can find it in STARS.
