ResNet - Technology Support in the Residence Halls

ResNet is a high speed network that connects a student's computer in their residence hall room or apartment to university computer resources and the Internet as a whole. We provide basic network troubleshooting and assistance in the removal of computer viruses. We service about 4,800 students in the 9 residence halls and 2 university apartment complexes.

Getting Help

ResNet provides network and technical support to students who reside in WIU residence halls and graduate and family housing and wish to connect their computer systems tot the WIU network.

Help during Fall Move-In

ResNet technicians will be available during move-in. Please refer to your Orientation pamphlet for times.
