uTech Support Center

The Support Center is staffed with trained full-time and student staff who will work with you via phone or email to answer your questions, or assign more complicated support needs, or hands-on support as needed, to the variety of technical support groups in University Technology. Our goal is to provide you with the maximum up-time for your technology to enable you to complete your education, instructional, or administrative tasks. We are constantly looking for ways to expand and improve our service and welcome your suggestions.

24/7 Self Help

At the Quad Cities campus

The WIU-QC technology team supports a wide array of technical needs spanning 8 locations in the Quad Cities area. They support standard electronic and video conferencing classrooms at the 60th Street Campus and Caxton Block buildings as well as 2 teaching labs, 1 open lab and 1 mobile lab. WIU-QC uTech offers electronic devices for check-out and have onsite support during normal business hours. Their energetic team strives to provide practical solutions to students, faculty, and staff needs.
