This list of the "best" sites is meant to illustrate the range and power of the World Wide Web in the distribution of information. Obviously talk of the 'best' is rather subjective and only reflects one person's choices. Perhaps it is just that American propensity for the top ten of this or that, but I have always enjoyed these lists.
