These are the homework assignments for students who choose the Conventional Grading System. Students who have registered for graduate credit and who have also chosen the Conventional Grading System will have to do all of these.

Students choosing the Conventional Grading System and registered for undergraduate credit will only have to do the assignments corresponding to the material covered in the lectures.

Of course, I will be happy to go over the material outside of class with the students registered for graduate grading system and choosing the Conventional Grading System. This will probably be two or three of the last homeworks.

Grading Memo Homework for Students on the Conventional Grading System

Write me a memo letting me know which grading system you are choosing. The memo should make clear to me that you understand the advantages and disadvantages of the method you selected.

The memo should be in proper format for an interoffice memo. Needless to say, it should be free of errors in format, grammar, spelling, etc.

Please provide your conventional (physical mail address). Also, let me know if your official WIU electronic mail box is not the best address.

I will use a student's official Western Illinois University electronic mail as their electronic mail address mass mailings unless I hear otherwise.

This will help you format your memo properly. (Note, you don't need the box around the memo.)
