The Aquarium offers a number of Teacher Workshops and Inservices

Educators frequently ask us "What is available at Shedd for teachers?" We offer teacher in-services that highlight upcoming teacher workshops, demonstrate our hands-on learning Discovery Boxes and overview our Activity Guides designed to meet specific state and national curriculum standards. These in-services also include a general tour of the Aquarium and Oceanarium. If you would like to arrange an in-service for your school or district at the Aquarium, please call the, teacher services coordinator, at 312-692-3165. A minimum of 10 people per in-service is required.
