Ecom Username: for lab access, WebMail/Zimbra, and WesternOnline

     Find it using the Online Phonebook:   http://www.wiu.edu/cgi-bin/ph.cgi?ns.wiu.edu


Ecom Password*: for lab access, WebMail/Zimbra, and WesternOnline

If you are a new user, set your password using Guava (https://www.wiu.edu/guava/).

     Use "Account Activation" link in yellow area below login boxes.

*If you have used WebMail before, then you are NOT a new user and this method will not work.
Call 298-2704 or visit Stipes 126 to have your password reset.

STARS Pin

Try month and date of birth at initial login.

If you receive an error message:
     1. Click on the “Forgot your Pin?” button.
     2. Type in your ID number.
     3. Type in a new PIN number and verify it.
     4.If you are not a first-time user, answer the security question which allows you to reset your pin.
