• President’s Announcement:
• • The national convention is April 12-14 in Springfield, Missouri
  • Undergrad can write a paper and present at convention
  • Due date is Feb. 1

• VP’s Announcement:
• • Guest speakers
  • • H.S. Teacher and Professor from Quincy
    • Could talk about duel project or professions
    • Possibly do during math awareness month

• Calculator seminar:
• • Possibly once a week
  • Possible 1 hr seminar
  • Hopefully sometime mid Feb after open house
  • Tara will talk to Dr. Olsen to see if he’d be interested in helping

• Open House Update
• • Carla is making the programs but she needs descriptions of each program
  • We need to make our supply list
  • If you want to be on a committee to get supplies let Jen know
  • Hyvee has donated chips and possibly money to buy other food
  • We don’t know about Wal-mart yet

• Recruitment:
• • We will have inductions again this semester
  • Make sure to make announcements in your classes
