KME Meeting

• • The open house was a success
  • March 5th is the day for inductions at 5:30 in room 206
  • There is a guest speaker at 3:00 on Friday in room 206

• Vice President:
• • Sarah will organize who will speak and when they will speak for math awareness month

• Dr. Kalantari:
• • The 2007 Annual Meeting of the Illinois Section of the MAA is being held at WIU on March 30-31 (for more information please check out the wiu website)
  • The math department is looking for student reps to help out during these days
  • There are also many conferences students can sit in on
  • There is a math competition if you are interested in being on a team let Dr. Boris know

• Calculator Seminar:
• • This will be held next Monday February 26th at 5:30 in Morgan 206
  • We will cover the basics and then have a Q/A session
  • Please come and help out

• T-shirts:
  • If you would still like to order a t-shirt please let Jen know sometime soon we will order them after the inductions
