Michigan Womyn's Music Festival
Perhaps the largest, one of the longest-running music and comedy festivals for women (mostly lesbian) in the U.S. In their 26th year, the week of August 7-12, 2001, in the Michigan forest near Hart, Michigan, just southeast of Ludington, 20 miles from Lake Michigan. Usually between 5,000 to 8,000 womyn, in a beautiful forest, this is a must-experience adventure for every lesbian.
