Summer Orientation and Registration
The UAASC coordinates the advising portion of the Summer Orientation and Registration
programs. During this orientation / advising / registration day,
all new students select courses for their first semester. UAASC
advisors administer placement tests, explain requirements and answer
questions about the advising and registration process prior to the
actual advising sessions with departmental advisors.
All freshmen will be required to attend a 1 1/2 day Summer Orientation and Registration program during June or July. Several dates are available. Students are encouraged to select the earliest date they can attend. Advising information to help them prepare for their first registration will be distributed at check-in for the program.
