Student Health Insurance

All students enrolled for 9 or more hours Spring and Fall or 6 or more hours for Summer are assessed health insurance.

The Board of Trustees has approved a six month health insurance charge of $369.19 beginning Fall 2011. The six-month periods of coverage are August 1-January 31 and February 1 to July 31.

You may request that health insurance be waived by submitting a waiver form to the Student Health Insurance Office. The waiver form is available on the Student Health Insurance website. This form must be approved and on file in the Student Health Insurance Office by the 10th day of Fall and Spring Semesters and the 6th day of Summer Semester.
