The faculty in this department are an amazing group of individuals, and I have always enjoyed working with them. I also find it rewarding to work with our students…to watch them grow, mature, and learn as they are completing their degree is always a joy." Among Terri's most memorable experiences at Western Illinois University, Terri sites the graduation of her two children from here as an extremely memorable and proud moment. Terri's WIU journey happened while she was working at the YMCA, at the time. Someone suggested she come to WIU to do some testing. She had attended Western after high school, so she decided to test. When she was initially hired, she began working in the Financial Aid Office which, at that time, was in Room 5 in the basement of Sherman Hall. Terri enjoys walking around the beautiful WIU campus on a spring day, and even finds the beauty in the snow in the winter!
