Vehicle Rates

For Travel Dates 7/1/12 - 6/30/13

Type	Rate
Sedan	$0.46 per mile
Minivan	$0.50 per mile
15-Passenger and Cargo Vans	$0.60 per mile
There is a minimum trip cost of $10.00 for sedan trips less than 22 miles, minivan trips less than 20 miles, and a charge of $15.00 for fifteen passenger van trips less than 25 miles.
Extended Parking	$10 per day, excluding days to and from the airport, train station, etc.

All of the above rates include fuel and emergency repairs.

Extraordinary Cleaning Fee - $25 per hour

There is a “No Show/No Cancellation Fee” of $15 for all cars or minivans that are not used for the requested trip, and are not canceled 24 hours or one full business day (if the trip is after a weekend or a holiday) before the pick up time on the trip sheet.

There is a “No Show/No Cancellation Fee” of $25 for all 15 passenger and cargo vans that are not used for the requested trip, and are not canceled 48 hours or two full business days (if the trip is after a weekend or a holiday) before the pick up time on the trip sheet.
