During National Tom Sawyer Days in downtown Hannibal, MO
In 2011 over 1900 runners / walkers from 32 states joined us for one of the toughest races in America
100% of the proceeds from the Hannibal Cannibal go to the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation
