The WIU Wesley Foundation

Welcome!

Welcome to the Western Illinois University Wesley Foundation webpage!

What is The Wesley Foundation?

A home-away-from-home, a quiet place to study or just relax, a sanctuary for worship and meditation, a safe place to meet friends, a cozy place to enjoy a steamy mug of hot chocolate, or just an inviting place to share conversations.

The Wesley Foundation is a partnership of the First United Methodist, ELCA Lutheran, Disciples of Christ, and Presbyterian church ministries. ALL are welcome to join our student ministry through worship, Bible study, coffeehouses, national and international work trips and local and national retreats. We would like to invite you to check us out and find YOUR place here at The Wesley Foundation.

The Oasis Service is every Sunday night at 5:30pm.

Our NEW Communion service is every Wednesday night at 9:00pm.

In addition to the two weekly worship services, The Wesley Foundation also meets for book and Bible study every Wednesday night at 8:00pm.

Common Grounds Coffeehouse is a ministry of The Wesley Foundation. The coffeehouse provides students with a great atmosphere for music and conversation every Saturday night at 8:30pm.
