- Description: After a year of virtual or missed experiences, it’s time for an adventure that will also build real-life, career-related skills. Get the experience of a lifetime by working at a camp this summer!
On Wednesday, February 10 (12-4pm) through Handshake, 45 camps from across the country will be recruiting students from WIU. These camps are seeking to recruit and interview students from ALL majors and backgrounds! The camps represent a variety of formats including overnight camp, day camp, specialty/adventure/sport programs, organizational (ex: YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs, Scouts), and religiously-affiliated. This is the most geographically diverse group of camps to ever participate in the WIU Summer Camp Job Fair, you don’t want to miss out!
This job fair will be held through Handshake. Students should create their Handshake profile, then check out the participating camps’ information and “register” for recruiter sessions for the camps of most interest.
