- Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop
- Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- Location: Horn Field Campus
- Description: This workshop will introduce the seven principles of Leave No Trace, cover low-impact recreational techniques, and explain how we can all be stewards of the environment. Participants will receive a certificate for successful completion of this workshop and have their participation acknowledged by The Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics. This FREE event will be hosted outdoors and is open to the public as well as WIU students, faculty, and staff. Space is limited, masks are required, and CDC guidelines must be followed.
