- Description: Calling all chefs ... Join Western Illinois University President Guiyou Huang as he prepares a traditional Chinese dinner step by step.
Recipes for items being made will be sent out in advance if you would like to cook along. The Zoom event will start at 4 p.m. (CST) and stream via Facebook Live and YouTube. We recommend joining via Zoom for the opportunity to interact directly with our hosts and other participants. Pre-registration is not required, but by doing so, it will be added to your calendar.
