- Description: Based on the book, Motivating the Middle: Fighting Apathy in College Students by T.J. Sullivan, this presentation focuses on the three tiers of student group involvement. Have you ever wondered what drives the president to commit long hours to an organization while other members can't seem to find the time to even show up to the events? We will explore the ideas of motivation and how each tier of student leader is motivated by different things. Presented by Travis Greenlee & Amanda Gilbert
