- Artificial Insemination Clinic
- Time: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Location: Western Illinois University Livestock Center
- Description: Artificial Insemination Clinic will be held on December 6 and 7 from 8 am to 3 pm. Will include hands on training in reproductive tract anatomy, estrus synchronization, heat detection, semen handling, and insemination technique. Instruction is by Mr. Tom Johnson from Select Sires. Cost is $200 per student or $500 semen purchase. Space is limited to first come, first served. Clinic is open to anyone. Sign up ends November 16, 2012. There is a $100 deposit to Select Sires due at sign up. There is an optional semester hour - 1 class credit hour during Spring semester. Please see Ember Keithley in Knoblauch Hall 110 to sign up.
