- Description: Join us for our Women's History Month Keynote Presentation with featured speaker Erica Borggren, Director of Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs, who will be speaking on "Changing Roles of Women in the Military and Issues Facing Female Service Members and Veterans." A Q&A session will follow Director Borggren's presentation, and participants are invited to stay for a reception following the program.
