Our Mission

The mission of the Center for Career Preparation and Employer Engagement is to support students and alumni by empowering individuals to create and achieve their career goals through active career planning and preparation. The Career Center offers engaging programming through individual appointments, workshops, and partnerships with employers and faculty/staff members to ensure a successful transition between college and professional careers.

About Us

The Center for Career Preparation and Employer Engagement serves ALL WIU students - Macomb, Quad Cities, and Online - both virtually and in person.

We have offices in the Lower Level of Memorial Hall in Macomb and on the First Floor of QC Complex C in Moline.  Career Center staff can be reached at careers@wiu.edu and at 309-298-1838.
