- Register at the Broadcasting & Journalism Department table at Discover Western
- Must be present to win; Drawing will be at 1:30 p.m. on TBA
- Participate in all activities of Broadcasting & Journalism on TBA
- Be a regularly admitted freshman to WIU and a Broadcasting and Journalism major
- Matriculation Summer 2020 or Fall 2020
- Attend SOAR in Summer 2020
- Live on the Broadcasting Living-Learning Community Floor in Fall 2020
