Broadcasting and Journalism
Come For A Visit
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, visits to the department are limited and must be scheduled in advance. Prospective students can meet with faculty and tour facilities by following safety
guidelines (wearing a mask, social distancing). We are not allowing visitors to attend classes or
news and sports labs until restrictions allow.
People can tell you how great a place is, but the best way to know whether it's right for you is to see it--and experience it--for yourself. The Department of Broadcasting invites you to see for yourself the opportunities that await you as a Broadcasting or a Journalism major at Western Illinois University.
