BOT Action: Aug. 2 Retreat

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – During the 2021 retreat, the Western Illinois University Board of Trustees approved a settlement agreement and general release with former WIU President Jack Thomas.
The Board of Trustees voted 5-1 to approve a final settlement of $900,000 during the Aug. 2 retreat at the Quad Cities campus. The complete terms of the agreement can be found at wiu.edu/bot. There are no additional action items on the Board retreat agenda.
