MOLINE, IL - - Western Illinois University-Quad Cities has announced the 2023-2024 Student Government Association (SGA) cabinet.

"I'm excited to continue the work from my previous year as SGA-QC President. The Student Government Association is a group that has allowed students to grow in their leadership skills and become more confident in themselves. I would love to see more students join and grow within their college careers," said SGA President Ashley Danner. "My hope for this upcoming year of SGA is to gain more opinions of the students and be able to communicate with the administration to improve the college experience for all students of any background."

The 2023-2024 SGA cabinet includes:

  • President: Ashley Danner

  • Vice President: Austin Tubbs

  • Chief of Staff: Noah Seys

  • Comptroller: Dominic Sanchez

  • Attorney General: Kennedy Roggenbauer

  • Senator Non-At-Large: Natalia Rosales

The SGA mission is to provide WIU-QC students with a voice in governance and a forum to express opinions about University-related issues, events, affairs and future outcomes.

"SGA is a friendly and welcoming space, and students can join us at a meeting or even drop an SGA member an email with issues they may have," said Danner. "SGA represents the voice of students on the Quad Cities campus, and we want all students to be able to express their opinions and have them be heard."
