Also beneficial for learning self-defense!

Lunch Crunch -  Associate Director Brian Thomas (aka B.T.) delivers a unique blend of workouts and exercises in his class that is perfect for those that like variety and taking on new challenges. TRX -- This class will take you through a series of strength and cardio circuits on the TRX Suspension Trainer®, an integrated fitness training system that will be sure to test your strength and balance. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to change the difficulty level.

You will build up your muscles and stamina as you learn and build on different choreographed routines throughout the semester. Jacquelyn LOVES teaching absolute beginners, so don't worry if you have no experience. You'll be amazed how quickly you turn yourself into a bona fide dancer with this class!

Latin Cardio Dance -- A fusion of Latin and International dance moves that create a dynamic, exciting, and fun fitness class!
